All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@appleofmyisla.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper care (such as mold caused by moisture left inside a bag) are not eligible for replacement or refund.
